Plot
Four chilling stories unfold across universities in different regions of Thailand, each based on local campus legends passed down among students.
In one university dorm, rumours of a cursed room begin spreading after students report strange noises and unexplained disturbances at night.
In another, an initiation ritual takes a disturbing turn when new students experience events that feel far too real to be coincidence.
Elsewhere, a forgotten bridge near campus becomes the centre of a haunting tied to a past tragedy that no one wants to talk about.
And in a final story, a group of students uncover something hidden within their university that begins to affect everyone involved in ways they cannot escape.
Each story connects through a shared atmosphere of fear, tradition, and unresolved history buried inside academic life.

Style and Presentation
This is a Thai anthology horror film built around four separate university-based ghost stories, each focusing on different regional legends and campus fears.
The tone shifts between segments, but all stories share a common focus on student life, campus folklore, and unexplained supernatural incidents tied to academic spaces.
Rather than a single narrative, the film builds its impact through variety – each segment offering a different interpretation of fear within university environments.
Cultural Context
Thai horror has a long tradition of setting supernatural stories in schools and universities, where belief systems, rumours, and rituals often mix with real student experiences.
Haunted Universities 4 continues this trend by collecting regional campus legends and turning them into cinematic anthology stories.
It also reflects the ongoing popularity of Thai horror anthologies, where multiple directors contribute different styles under a shared theme of folklore and modern campus anxiety.
